MAKING A RESERVATION
Your booking will be confirmed within 24 working hours and you must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with E-tickets attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 days later.
PAYMENT
Bank charges are applied when payment is made by Credit cards or Telegraphic transfers and subject to 3% of airfare for Visa and Master Card or 5% of airfare for American Express Card and Telegraphic transfers.
RECONFIRMATION
Even if you are holding a confirmed reservation, please reconfirm your intention to travel at least 24 hours for domestic routes prior to departure from all points on itinerary.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND REROUTE
If you travel plans change, we request that you cancel any flight reservations that you may have made. If you do not, all connection and return bookings shall be automatically canceled.
Tickets submitted for refund or rerouting may be subject to an administrative fee and the handling charge should follow the regulations of the airlines.
The Airlines may refuse the refund, reroute if refund, reroute request is made later than 13 months from the first day of commencement of itinerary; or from the date of ticket issued for OPEN tickets.
