MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Transfer services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of your travel date.

Your booking will be confirmed within 24 working hours and you must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with confirmation attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 days later. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by Discover Mekong.

Bank charges might be applied when payment is made by Credit card (Visa/ Master/ American Express) or Telegraphic transfers.
 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation before fifteen (15) days prior to departure. Otherwise, the total amount less the bank transfer fee incurred for refund will be refunded.
+ Cancel between 10-15 days prior to arrival, 10% of transfer price non-refundable
+ Cancel between 7-9 days prior to arrival, 25% of transfer price non-refundable
+ Cancel within 4-6 days of arrival, 50% of transfer price non-refundable
+ Cancel within 3 days of arrival or no show, 100% of transfer price non-refundable
 
RESPONSIBILITY

All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.

DiscoverMekong, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, and delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
