We are now back in Brussels and Belgium again after three weeks of a fantastic vacation in Asia.
 
I would like to thank you and your travel agency very much for all help before the trip, you have really been helpful and kind during our planning for the trip.
When we arrived in Cambodia everything worked out so well and smothly, it was really a big relief to not think about anything just follow the guides.
The guids both in Siem Reap and in Phnom Pehn was really fantastic. They where very helpful had a lot of knowledge about your country which they shared with us. Even if our kids was tired sometimes the guides handle that fact very good and where really flexibel. We apreciated that very much!
The restaurants where really good (even if the dinner in Siem Reap with the Aspara dancers was a little bit to touristic for our taste). But it was really intresting to see the dance. The other restaurants served such a good food which we enjoyed much.

So thank you very much for everything and send our regards to the guides that helped us during our stay.

We will absolutley recommend your agencie to all our friends that will visit your beutiful country in the future.

I would like to thank your company and our wonderful tour guide, Kien, for bringing us on our tour on 19 June. As this is the first time my family and I visit Vietnam, the guide was very cheery, friendly and helpful in making our tour as comfortable as possible. The van that picked us from the airport and guide’s hospitality made our trip really memorable. The authentic Vietnamese lunch that was catered to us at a local village was really fantastic with a wonderful ambience. Our guide will also come by to our table to make sure all food are served and if we’re comfortable with the dishes ordered. We are very thankful to have him as our tour guide in Ho Chi Minh City.

Thank you for all the arrangements to fulfill my requests for our private tour. When Ken told me that our meal will not contain beef, I told him I am very impressed that your company even remembers little requests and details like our food preferences.

As we booked the hotel on our own and not through your company, we did not expect Ken to stay in our hotel to ensure we were properly checked in before leaving. He even left us his mobile number for us to contact him if we face any problem communicating with the locals. This showed how helpful he was and his utmost professionalism.

My final thanks to Discover Mekong once again for making our visit such a wonderful and memorable one. With a nice holiday like what I just had, I will definitely plan to visit HCMC again. I will also contact you in future when I plan to visit Hanoi/Cambodia/Laos.

We are back in Singapore and still wishing our holiday had some days to go. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam and came home much richer for the experience. You have a wonderful country full of contrasts and lovely people. The spirit of the people was what struck us mostly. Everybody seems happy and works very hard.
 
We must thank your company for the experience we had. Your guides were great with much knowledge. They really looked after us and mad us feel special. The drivers were equally great and safe.

We have arrived home safely now after a wonderful holiday.  I wish to thank you sincerely for all your work in ensuring that our trip went smoothly and was so memorable. 

Vietnam is a beautiful country and one day we will return.  We were very happy with everything including all guides especially Thanh – he was great. 

All hotels were excellent except for the Dicstar in Vung Tau – so I would recommend that you don’t suggest it to travelers – it is not up to 4 star  standard.

Thank you for arranging the birthday cake for me - that was a wonderful surprise…

We also appreciated the suites on the Bhaya Cruise; the excellent seats at Water Puppet Theatre in Hanoi and being seated upstairs for the Bonsai dinner cruise..

Our friends are travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia next year and I have given them your contact details to ensure they book through you.
