| The chauffeur-pedalled tricycle known as the Cyclo attracts both ordinary and VIP visitors to Hanoi as the open-air structure and slow speed allows uninterrupted views of what’s happening on the streets and makes window shopping much simpler than meter taxis or other vehicles.
